The tournament is open to all boys' community football clubs who are affiliated to their local FA, who in turn must have agreed to participate in the competition.
Clubs must have registered their entry before the start of the 2007/08 season (in line with their county, area, regional or national cup regulations).

If they have not yet agreed to participate then ask them to do so! Participating will benefit grass roots football in your area as each local FA that signs up will receive a grant to be spent on development - so it is worth making your opinion known!
